- Anjou Blanc Mozaïk This is our largest production. The wine is a blend of grapes grown on the slopes of the Loire, in the heart of the Layon on schistes terroir and from Saumur on limestone. Vinified in neutral oak barrels and a 60 hl oak tank, this wine is available in screw caps or corks.
