Since a long time Jo wanted to create the business of a buyer-grower of high quality as is well known in Burgundy and in the Rhone valley.
Joseph wanted to work with different appellations and terroirs.
The idea fusioned and the merchant business was created on the different terroirs of the Loire using the varietals of Chenin blanc and Cabernet franc.

Aging wine is a marriage between time and micro oxygenation. We age our wines in French oak ranging from 225 liters to 600 liters for an average of between 10 and 24 months depending of the wine.
