Estate Grown

Our estate has 11 hectares (27 acres) of Chenin blanc.

We are privileged to have and to work with Chenin blanc in Anjou, a varietal that does extremely well with dry whites, sparkling and sweet wines and expresses its terroir with the different veins of soils expositions and slopes.

We propose 6 dry white wines on 6 different soil types. We are one of the few winegrowers that can provide this range.

Estate grown sweet wines

The botrytis cinerea is a fungus responsible for the famous noble rot and is present in the fall months on the vines and allows us to produce sweet and very sweet wines.

Depending on the vintages, we create different cuvees on different terroirs with different concentration of sweetness.

Estate grown red wine

We have 2 hectares (5 acres) of Cabernet franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Groslot/ Grolleau.

The Groslot gets blended with the cuvee Grololo, and the Cabernet Sauvignon with Anjou Mozaïk.

We have 0,68 hectares of old Cabernet franc which produces Anjou La Fresnaye in exceptional years.
